4 Weeks of Classes Left

Waiting until the last minute to submit an assignment just isn't fun anymore, especially with this guy. I've taken a drag this past week and thanks to Mr. Johnstone, my Operating Systems lecturer, my last few weeks at Heart will be nothing less than a shadow of what I've already endured. Most people, like me, often find themselves developing strange tendencies to procrastinate. Others exhibit signs of discipline that are reflected throughout their personalities and daily lives. Needless to say, I fall far from that tree and don't seem to be getting any closer. Straying away from the bigger picture is what I do best and this is a perfect example: I'm blogging and 'babbling' (in Johnstone's own words) at 12:56 AM in the morning instead of working on one of seven pending assignments for OS class. It's what I've been doing this entire semester and I suppose my mid-term results echo it. Shh, don't tell mom and dad or else I won't be getting any presents this Christmas. Any good suggestions on how to overcome this bad habit?

Hey Buddy,

Raise that chin mein, I know you stressed and all that but you are too close to the end to be thinking about being frustrated or even stressed out. take it from a next piont of view. 4 WEEKS OF CLASSES LEFT!!! However, you are very artistic mein and also I can't wait to see the website...
You will be very successful...
Wish you the best and may God bless you buddy... Take time out and ask for thanks to the lil things that compose ur life. I bet that should ease ur tension or you can just take out time to eat a ramen soup and remember the relaxing moments we shared...

Hey I have felt like that before, it isn't them to blame. In some instances the lecturers are hard asses but as students we are obligated to do the work first then blog or whatever we find entertaining. Though I am sure you are not falling off the saddle, it is only ur conscience that beats on you, and keeps you from giving all you can afford to put out. having the capacity is not the question. The question is, do you have the will power to make the right steps at the right time. So don't sit back and think you are too far gone. You are barely slipping off the saddle but you better hurry hold on before it turns a habbit of falling off. I am sure you will make it...
Once again,I wish you the best...

Thanks for the advice Dannymaldito.
To relieve this unnecessary stress that my body's enduring, I've decided to withdraw from the OS class.

hey, i'm taking up architecture as my major and procastination is a big issue for us. With all the time constraints and deadlines we have no free time to spare however, we manage to work things out. I bet you'll get on the track once you've focus. I read that you only have a couple of weeks left and I bet it's distracting to think about the approaching break.

well sunni all i can say it is up to u . my opinion is that u should go about your life and do what u been doing like for the past 2 years. on the other side maybe he is just telling u these things because he want u to excel in your class and do the job that u were ment to do. well overall i say do wat u got to do.
