My brother has one of those in his bedroom in Gaute. Beleive it or not, his Belizean friend think it is funny and his Guatemalan friends get offended by it. Strange phenomon, isn't it?

Sad how heat, moister, and tropical wind damage our flag. Sad too that people don't treat it with more ras-pect.

It is a great pix though. It makes me feel as though things are final. Like the end of something has just happened. I think it is the lighting

Interesting, does it represent patriotism?

That you wont let ur country fall no matter what it's conditions are?

Are you simply displaying that it has already fallen.

@Daniel: I can see your optimism. Initially, I meant for it to symbolize our country's economic state and other factual but negative things. In light of your comment, I think it's safe to say that it represents strength and patriotism.
